Exactly what I was looking for

I was looking for a taupe-y, brown shade for fall, and No To-Do is right on the money! It’s a very chic shade that is not exactly chocolate, not exactly grey, not exactly mauve; precisely what I wanted! I typically buy indie polishes, but Essie is my favorite widely available polish brand. It goes on buttery smooth, is very forgiving, and is opaque in one coat (though I usually do two). Don’t overlook this fab shade!

Essie has great quality polish! I love the names they come up with as well. This color is no exception, its a nice blend of rusty brown that really compliments my skin color. The polish quality is what you would expect. Doesn't chip easliy and dries well!

This is such a beautiful nail polish! It applies neatly and easily, resulting in a gorgeous deep brown color. The polish itself is very durable, with very little chipping after application. I have gotten so many compliments on this polish! I would definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed this color of nail polish because it's a nice, warm brown when it sets. I love that this nail polish is also vegan with no testing done on animals, so I can use this feeling good ethically. It goes on smooth and dries well. I didn't have to worry about the nail polish clumping.

Classic Essie color. Many people have asked about the color. And now the bottle has a wider brush so even I can achieve a good result when polishing my own nails. It's opaque and thick and great quality. I love the glossy finish as well. Perfect for the holidays.

not a fan of the color

Brown is a weird color to try to put on your nails but this specific shade was a no for me. you need at least three or four coats to get the color brown in the bottle. Even then, it's a weird mix between chocolate and a tan shade which i don't really like.

I was so excited to try the new line of Vegan and 8 Free Nail Polish from Essie!! The colors are so pretty, especially the Not to Do shade, such a gorgeous tone of brown!!! The vegan formula is super creamy and goes on well! A great application!! My only issue is how fast it chips! Not even a day later and all of my nails were chipped already. I even tried it with a top coat. So I'm a bit bummed about it not lasting because I truly love everything else about it!!

Such a nice pretty color, perfect for fall! True to Essie quality, the color goes on really well, smooth and easy to get a beautiful manicure at home. The color is pigmented enough where two coats is perfect for great color and coverage. With an essie topcoat, I have had it on for about a week now and haven't had any chipping or peeling at all. This is definitely my new favorite, go-to color for fall!

I love my Essie no to-do nail polish! The color is long-lasting, rich and gorgeous. It is a very high quality polish. It doesn't chip easily. There isn't a strong odor, and it dries very quickly. You get a generous amount of nail polish with a brush that is perfect for applying. I very highly recommend this gorgeous nail polish!
