step 1: after base coat, apply two coats of in the cab-ana to all nails
step 2: with a detail brush dipped in willow in the wind, polish curvy swirls and "s" lines to each nail in a ripple pattern
step 3: with the same brush and color, thicken the lines and finish with glossy topcoat
