step 5: using a smaller dotting tool dipped in ready to boa, repeat around the center of each flower. allow to dry.
step 6: finish using small dotting tool dipped in getting groovy, to add 1 dot of in the center of each flower.
step 7: top with a coat of essie gel•settertm.
